Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects in compliance with ADNOC and other O&G client standards
  • Oversee full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved
  • Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Drive performance metrics and continuously optimize project execution strategies
  • Prepare and present project progress reports and documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or equivalent)
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
  • 10 to 15 years of total experience with at least 5 years in Project Management roles
  • Strong experience in ADNOC projects and other major O&G clients in the UAE
  • Demonstrated experience managing outage/turnaround/shutdown projects
  • Solid understanding of HSE requirements and project delivery within Oil & Gas sector
