Role Purpose: Prepare detailed 2D/3D technical drawings using AutoCAD based on project requirements. Coordinate with engineers and project managers to gather technical details and requirements. Modify existing drawings as per design revisions or client feedback. Maintain accurate and updated drawing records and drawing logs. Ensure that all drawings adhere to industry standards, company protocols, and quality requirements. Assist in site measurements, if required, to verify drawing accuracy. Support project documentation and participate in project review meetings.

Role Purpose: Approval: Transco approved (DEWA approval may also be considered) Project Scope: Overhead Lines (OHL) Ensure implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and standards across the project Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits regularly Prepare and review HSE documentation including HIRA, Method Statements, and Emergency Response Plans Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare root cause analysis reports Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training sessions Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure compliance Monitor permit-to-work systems, safety signage, and emergency preparedness Report daily/weekly HSE statistics to the HSE Manager and Client Enforce safety rules and ensure use of PPE at all times on site

Role Purpose: Plan, execute, and deliver projects in compliance with ADNOC and other O&G client standards Oversee full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders Drive performance metrics and continuously optimize project execution strategies Prepare and present project progress reports and documentation

Role Purpose: • Release Shipping Instructions: Issue clear and precise shipping instructions to factories and suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards and timelines. • Shipping Date Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on the shipping dates to ensure timely dispatch of goods, addressing any delays or issues as they arise. • Shipping Documents Follow-Up: Manage and follow up on the receipt of essential shipping documents such as Bills of Lading and Air Waybills to facilitate smooth shipping operations. • Prepare Shipping Documents: Create and compile necessary shipping documents including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and any other required documentation. • Certificate of Origin Application: Apply for Certificates of Origin from the Chamber of Commerce as needed, ensuring compliance with export regulations. • Proof of Shipping: Obtain and maintain proof of shipping documentation to support transactions and inventory records. • Create Goods Receipt Note: Generate Goods Receipt Notes upon arrival of goods to confirm receipt and condition of items. • Raise Invoices: Issue accurate invoices to customers in the ERP system, ensuring all charges are correctly applied and documented. • Monitor Inventory: Track inventory levels and provide regular inventory reports to management, highlighting any discrepancies or issues. • KPI Achievement: Work towards meeting and exceeding established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to shipping efficiency, accuracy, and overall logistics performance.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth. Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with competitor offerings and market trends. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer needs and preferences.
